Recently, I was trying to help someone I know come up with gift ideas. The person to receive the gift is, let me think of a nice way to put it, well... he's not going to win the "Favorite Person of the Year" Award anytime soon! You know the type. We all have one in our life. The only thing I could think of to suggest was a book. Its one of those Self-help books that you wouldn't buy for yourself, similar to the "dummies" books (i.e. Computers for Dummies, Grilling for Dummies, etc.) But this book hasn't' been written yet - Because I'm going to write it and dedicate it to this special person. Its called "How to Tell If You Are An Asshole & Everyone Hates you!" Now isn't that nice? I see how this could be helpful to many lost souls.
It would be easy just to start naming names. But being an asshole can be a matter of opinion. You don't want to wrongly accuse someone of being an asshole or a jerk. This is serious business. Just go down the list if such people in your head because all assholes are the same. You can't simply point out their flaws - they'll retaliate and deny such accusations; and as we all know recognizing that you have a problem is the first step. Our job as the non- assholes is to lead the assholes by the hand to gently uncover the truth to them. They aren't vulnerable helpless bunnies! They're assholes! They are mean, vindictive, selfish, and usually arrogant. You must devise a plan to show them, a way that you feel is best to their understanding of what they have become!

I couldn't leave my friend Quel hanging without any blog replies- I'd be an asshole! so I finally bit the bullet and joined blogspot myself. My big delay was thinking up a cute name cause let's face it Quel's Manifesto is an adorable name. So now that I have finally got a name I am preapred to respond to Quel. Great Blog! Well said about the A-holes. I hope they buy your book becasue I am sick and tired of trying to find ways to be nice to them after they infuriate me for the 110th time. Because if I act mean back I feel bad later. But when I act nice to these A-holes I feel bad inside anyways for being so fake when I really want to scream in their dumb faces- Stop it!. So either way I am feeling bad. Hurry up and write that book Quel!
