Today is my 7 months as a vegetarian milestone marker.
Just a thing that M and I both noticed is that hair and nails are growing extra fast-- A little too fast - but that is a good sign!
http://www.goaunaturale.com/index.php for the Utahns that read the blog. Mom saw this restaurant as it was featured on Channel 2 news the other morning. The menu- as I skimmed over it- looks delish and it appears that they have several vegetarian options! Extra bonus points from me for that!

These are amazing Wind N' Go flashlights. My parents gave them to family for Christmas gifts a few years ago. I keep one in my car and a couple in my home. I had to use them recently because of a power outage and I cannot tell you how nice it was to turn on the flashlight and have it ready to go. There was no fumbling through a drawer to find batteries that worked. So easy, so inexpensive. Why not be prepared?
