The eldest of my 14 nieces and nephews, Kody, turns 18 today! I can't even believe it. He's the little brother I never wanted, and the nephew I'll always adore. (Having nieces and nephews is WAY better than having little sibs.)
I remember the day he was born so well. I was so excited that there was going to be a new baby in our family. Happy Happy Birthday Kody! He has grown to be quite the young man and I still can't believe he's 18!

Cowboys do go to the beach - boots, Wranglers and beltbuckles. I wanted to buy him flip flops for the beach but apparently its the boots that make THIS man.
I had to be the cool aunt and allow him to go inside of Hooters, just for a photo. I knew he was really excited to tell his friends about the Hooters Girls he got to stand between during this Hollywood photo moment.
