Beginner's Class
Kundalini Yoga
We are going to do a fresh and fun set for spring that will clear out stress and renew your energy! With a good meditation at the end, you will be ready for the rest of your week!
Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, water to drink, and perhaps an extra sweater. It is getting warmer, but it still gets chilly when the sun goes down. We will keep your heart rate up and you won't get cold.
$10 minimum donation
