Saying Goodbye to Stars Hollow

It is a very sad day indeed. I finished watching the Series Finale of Gilmore Girls last night. I knew I wasn't looking forward to the day when Gilmore Girls would have no more new episodes; I didn't know it was going to be so soon. :(

I think, I am almost certain, that I like the way it ended. Not exactly how I had pictured it. However, now in my own mind, I can have the "gals" go on and do whatever I want them to in my head because I now have that control.

I thought it was nice that Luke and Lorelei FINALLY realized that they miss each other. It is about time. Ladies, definitely think twice before you fall in love with the man that serves you coffee. They might not move very fast. Second, I was a little disappointed that Rory said no to the marriage proposal. But the thought of her being married so young, also didn't sit well with me. I will miss the town of Stars Hollow and all of the residents that made it so much fun. (Including Babette played by Sally Struthers!)

It is a sad day and hopefully something will be able to fill the huge void I now have in my life. No matter what, I enjoyed watching it.
