I think that society needs to re-evaluate. I see kids being pulled around by holsters and leashes, at the other end, their parent is not really paying much attention to them. Take three steps and I run into someone carrying their dog in a purse that cost more than some people pay for monthly rent.

While some cannot afford to have health care and proper education for their children, others are enrolling their puppies into training school and taking them to doggy day care.

Just an observation.
