My girlfriend, Joey, recommended the most wonderful restaurant to me. She knows I love eating organic whenever possible and she is also aware that I am a vegetarian. Salt Lake City is not as abundant in vegetarian friendly options as I am used to having in Los Angeles. When I go to visit family in Utah I sometimes find myself at a loss for good, organic, fulfilling, vegetarian cuisine.
I finally got to go to Salt Lake City and try this wonderful restaurant that I had heard so much about. http://oneworldeverybodyeats.org/ One World. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was so comfortable. You can feel the good energy flowing from every crevice. Again, it was a fabulous meal. I think it goes without saying that the four of us in my party did not leave hungry. The food was fresh, flavorful and you really can't help but feel that what they are doing there is the right thing to do. I will definitely go back.
If you are ever in Salt Lake City I urge you to stop by and eat at One World. You will be glad you did.

These are amazing Wind N' Go flashlights. My parents gave them to family for Christmas gifts a few years ago. I keep one in my car and a couple in my home.
