Stressed???

If you are feeling stressed so early on in 2009 de-stress by having dessert. Remember that stressed is desserts spelled backwards. So one should cancel the other out, in theory! !


Exercise always helps with stress too - so if you still feel stressed after desserts, then move on to exercise to ensure that you accomplish your fitness goals this year!

I never put that together before. The whole Desserts spelled backwards. No wonder the 2 go hand in hand! I've had my share of stress so far in 2009, and I've ate lot's of desserts! A little exercise every now and then!

I had an hour and a half facial - pretty good stress relief when done right after a yoga class.
